Our dynamic Multinational insurance client, based in Hong Kong, is expanding its operations in Asia and is now seeking an ambitious and skilled Deputy Director, to join their Analytics and A.I. team.

You will play a vital role in driving business performance improvement, innovation projects, and research and development activities. You’ll also contribute to building local analytic capabilities within their OpCo’s and Group Companies. With a focus on increasing productivity and quality, you will deliver analytics projects, coach and develop junior resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You should have at least 13 years’ experience in analytics, machine learning and A.I. and have a demonstrable track record as a Data Scientist. In addition you should have proven expertise in advanced analytics within insurance functional domains such as sales and marketing, operations, or risk and underwriting. Proficiency in coding languages like Python, R, and SAS is essential, along with a deep understanding of data analytics methodologies and tools.
