In this role you will effectively lead your team to define and implement functional goals and you will interact closely with the business at all levels to ensure they are fully supported and that the people agenda is effectively executed.

Reporting into the Regional Head of HR you will work closely together to strategically implement HR initiatives and programmes.

To succeed in this role, you will be an effective change agent with executive presence and exceptional communication and influencing skills.
