A Global HR Business Partner opportunity exists with a fast-growing international organisation currently undergoing significant transformation. Based in Hong Kong, this role offers the chance to act as a genuine strategic partner to senior business leaders across a complex, cross-functional and multi-market environment spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and beyond.

Reporting to senior People leadership, you will partner closely with functional and regional leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies that drive organisational performance. Your remit will span workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management — with real scope to influence at the highest levels of the business. You will bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving, build trusted relationships across cultures and geographies, and ensure that the people agenda remains central to commercial decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of progressive HRBP experience gained within a global, matrixed organisation, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complexity. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, intellectually curious, and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience at scale. Experience across Asia Pacific is essential — exposure to the Middle East or other international markets would be a distinct advantage.
