As Global Head of Brand, you will act as the senior advisor to the Group Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Committee, shaping a compelling, purpose-led brand vision and translating it into a powerful ecosystem of initiatives. You will lead and evolve a high-performing brand function, driving strategy, positioning, and execution across multiple markets and channels. From defining brand architecture and storytelling to delivering impactful content, social strategy, and thought leadership, you will ensure a consistent and differentiated presence. You will champion the customer across the organisation, embed a truly customer-centric mindset, and elevate brand as a key driver of business growth, while overseeing governance, performance metrics, and ROI.
You will have a proven track record as a world-class brand leader within financial services, with experience operating across global or regional markets. You will bring deep expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and integrated marketing, alongside the ability to influence senior stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams. You will be commercially astute, highly innovative, and data-driven, with a strong grasp of market dynamics, customer insight, and digital channels. You will have built and led high-performing teams, managed complex budgets, and delivered measurable brand impact at scale. High Fluency in English is essential.
