This is a rare chance to own the regional marketing agenda at a leading international financial services organisation in the middle of a bold transformation — one that’s putting customers first and going all-in on digital. Reporting to the Chief Officer, you’ll be the connective tissue between global strategy and local markets, driving alignment, brand momentum, and measurable growth across a complex, multi-market landscape.

You’ll define and deliver integrated regional marketing across digital, social, and traditional channels — crafting compelling narratives and campaign frameworks that elevate brand visibility and move customers from awareness to conversion. You’ll build and manage strategic partnerships, lead high-impact engagement initiatives, and strengthen marketing capability across regional teams through hands-on coaching and a culture of commercial ambition.

You’re a seasoned (digital and traditional) marketing leader — commercially sharp, creatively ambitious, and equally at home presenting to a C-suite as you are rolling up your sleeves in a campaign review. You bring 15+ years in marketing, ideally within financial services or insurance, along with strong regional market exposure, agency management experience, and a track record of stakeholder influence and integrated campaign delivery.
