This well known, dynamic insurer is now seeking an additional headcount of an experienced Management Consultant, with asset & wealth management experience, to join their dynamic regional M&A team, to help meet its aggressive inorganic mid-term growth plans for the region.

By working with numerous key stakeholders at regional and across Asia, you will develop inorganic strategy and priorities for the region, evaluate the M&A landscape and reflect the latest market changes in inorganic priorities. You will also lead target screening, diligence and valuation and manage the M&A process with internal and external stakeholders.

This dynamic role requires an exceptionally articulate corporate development professional with at least 10 years’ experience of the wealth management sector in Asia, with a proven background in the M&A and the strategy process.

You will demonstrate your flair to communicate with various executive stakeholders regionally, local CEOs and be a proven leader with exceptional understanding of Asia and it’s various cultures.
