A Senior Manager, Change Management opportunity exists with a fast-growing global organisation undergoing significant transformation across its supply chain and operations functions. Based in Hong Kong, this role sits at the heart of the organisation’s continuous improvement agenda and will be critical to ensuring that change lands effectively across a complex, multi-market environment.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the design and delivery of change management strategies for systems, processes, and organisational transitions — translating strategic priorities into stakeholder engagement plans, training and adoption programmes, and readiness frameworks that drive measurable behavioural change. You will identify and implement Lean/Six Sigma projects, develop performance dashboards and data optimisation frameworks, and promote a culture of innovation and accountability through capability-building initiatives across global functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, or transformation roles, ideally with Lean/Six Sigma certification. You will have a proven track record of driving cultural and operational change in complex, global organisations, strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and the credibility to influence at the most senior levels across cross-functional and cross-border teams.
