A pivotal role exists for a strategic VP for Talent, Leadership and Development to design, implement and execute talent management and leadership development programmes. In this role you will both build and further strengthen the existing talent management framework, partnering closely with HR Directors and Business Heads across the Asia region to ensure the priorities of learning and leadership development are met.
This essential hire will also see you Identifying opportunities that will foster greater diversity and inclusion across the Asia region. Whilst supporting and advising managers on how their leadership can effectively influence the firm’s D&I strategy, you will also promote close collaboration between various offices across the Asia region.
This is a role which demands you to possess a strong intellect, combined with the ability to think conceptually and have great influence over senior executives. Execution of strategies is a core component to the success of this role, as is your ability to be at the forefront of innovative leadership and talent management initiatives.
You will be a strong leader, able to design and lead the delivery of highly sophisticated leadership development programmes, in addition to being able to facilitate groups of executives at all levels.
