As Regional HR Manager you will effectively implement a HR framework and functional goals for the region and you will collaborate with and present key recommendations to stakeholders and regional corporate senior executives.

This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing a wide variety of HR functions including performance management, employee relations, professional development and HR policy development.

To succeed in this role, you will be comfortable with ambiguity, will have excellent project management skills in order to develop and execute a project plan from conception through implementation and a demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple priorities.

Resilience, a proactive mindset and someone who is at the forefront of HR innovation and technology will put you in good stead for this role, together with a strong business acumen and a fluency in English and Chinese.
