Based in their regional Hong Kong office they require the expertise of a seasoned, dynamic Recruiter to drive their recruitment activities through developing, reviewing and streamlining their end-to-end recruitment process.
In this role you will partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business to identify and advise on their talent needs. You will possess the ability to employ both traditional and creative innovative sourcing strategies that will enable you to identify the best talent in the market
Success will be defined by your ability to implement an effective strategic hiring procedure and sourcing strategy. You will oversee budgets, manage vendors and you will play a pivotal role in project managing recruitment assessment days and recruitment events.
With this in mind it is essential to have exceptional stakeholder management skills to enable you to manage engaging relationships with the business leaders, regional HR managers and other key stakeholders throughout the firm. Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential for this role.
