As HR Advisory Manager you will work closely with HR Business partners and senior stakeholders across the business to identify key ways to streamline processes that will operationalise new ways of working for HR.
You will define global initiatives and related policies and ensure business units and HR are aligned to global processes. You will actively engage with the business and HR across the region to ensure there is sufficient buy-in and adoption to any changes, as well as lead the execution of global processes.
Successful applicants will possess a critical mindset, be a strong leader and will be adept at providing solutions that address business gaps. You will be detail minded, systematic and good with complex systems and processes and will be familiar with working as a change agent.
