This Regional Head of HR demands the expert capabilities of an experienced HR Director with significant experience of operating at a senior level and ideally within an organisation going through significant change.
As the business continues its growth across Africa and The Middle East, you will work closely with senior stakeholders in ensuring the HR framework is effective and robust to meet the company’s growth plans and evolving business needs. The immediate requirements of the role will see you focusing on establishing and formulating staff development goals to attract talents and streamlining channels to ensure corporate goals are met and aligned.
As the key driver for implementing the people agenda, you will ensure that your team possess the right competences, capabilities and tools to consistently deliver on key goals and objectives
Resilience, a proactive mindset and someone who is at the forefront of HR innovation and technology will put you in good stead for this role, together with a strong business acumen and experience at effectively solving employee relations matters.
Previous experience of managing people in Africa and The Middle East is essential to be considered for this role. Applicants who have acted within a troubleshooter capacity in a previous company will be well positioned to take on the challenges of this role.
