DRIVE THE HR DIGITALISATION AND TRANSFORMATION AGENDA

Acting like an employee champion and change agent, you will be a strong influencer in formulating partnerships across the bank, in order to impact and deliver value added services to senior stakeholders. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will actively work and communicate with other HR colleagues in developing integrated solutions within the compensation and rewards scope.

You will strategically advise the business on policy guidance and will implement initiatives that will support the growth of the banks operations. You will advise on the details of personnel budget forecasts, remuneration policy, salary benchmark trends, along with regulatory compliance and legal risks.

It will be key to provide strategic insight from employee data through producing metrics, dashboards and reports, including pay equity analysis and turnover rate benchmarking & reporting.

Success will be achieved by your ability to drive a HR digitalisation & transformation agenda through the implementation of HR systems, standardisation or streamlining HR processes.

Fluency in English is essential for this role as is a strategic mindset. You will possess a strong business acumen, proven analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. A knowledge in HR Information Systems (preferably workday) and Power BI would be ideal.
