HR MANAGER – JAPAN
A pivotal HR opportunity exists within a leading real estate fund to oversee the execution of all HR initiatives, programmes and projects, as well as policies and processes for their Japan business.
Reporting into the MD you will provide strategic planning and support to management and employees on HR practices on recruitment & staffing, onboarding and offboarding, talent & performance management, learning & development, and compensation.
Success will be achieved through your ability to operate at both an operational and strategic level, combined with your adeptness at building effective stakeholder relationships.
Candidates who thrive within a fast paced environment, are resourceful, meticulous and proactive would be ideal for this role. A fluency in both Japanese and English is essential for this position, in addition to being well-versed in Japanese employment law, payroll and pensions.
