In this unique role, you will champion the strategic development and implementation of health and wellness offerings (in collaboration with SME teams) and the continuous management of customer-led integrated propositions. This will include developing attractive customer value proposition, strategizing and designing stakeholder engagement growth plans, as well as executing and tracking these plans.

More specifically, you will conduct in-depth analysis on business opportunities and develop business case models including the customer value proposition for wellness offering. By proactively engaging and coordinating with all relevant internal departments, such as IT, Operations, Actuarial and Sales teams, you will facilitate the wellness program development and implementation process and effectively roll it out into daily operations. Furthermore, you will need to collaborate with merchant partners in developing and implementing customer engagement plans.

You have a degree in Business or Healthcare and have at least 10 years leadership experience in healthcare with sound knowledge on insurance products, healthcare, and wellness services. This is a high pressured, dynamic environment which will require a high level of adaptability to frequently changing deadlines.
