HEAD OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS – INSURANCE
Are you a life insurance distribution professional with a proven track record with distribution partnership development in the Hong Kong and China markets? If so, then this new exciting role within this growing, well-respected insurance provider, could be for you.
You will work closely with MNC financial services and non-FS companies across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay area to formulate and design new distribution strategies to meet profit targets and growth plans for Hong Kong business expansion. By sharing distribution best practices, you will forge new strategic partnerships, to cross sell life and non-life products for individual and corporate business. Through utilising the best data analytics, customer focus and digitalization you will help transform or build new distribution channels and ensure their competitiveness for the future.
You will have at least 15 years proven sales experience across IFA, Broker, Banca channels and previously held the position of Head of Distribution (or similar) for at least 5 years. You will be a strong negotiator, influencer as well as demonstrating fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You will also have impeccable presentation skills, solid experience in sales strategies, sales best practices and have a flair for building internal and external business relationships.
