EMPLOYER BRANDING AND TALENT MANAGEMENT
An influential regional role exists for a creative Employer Branding Strategist to lead the employer branding and Employer Value Proposition strategies for this forward thinking professional services firm.
In this role you will work closely with the HR and Talent Heads to design and drive the effective implementation of talent programmes, strategies and solutions for the business.
You will also ensure that these programmes are effectively aligned with the short and long term business goals by partnering closely with senior leaders and HR teams across the Asia markets.
Success will be achieved through your ability to lead and implement programmes to attract, develop, retain and engage talent through the production of enticing recruitment marketing content for social media channels.
This is an exciting and creative role for a HRBP or Talent Manager who has recently focused on employer branding and EVP strategies and candidates who have strong exposure in leading recruitment marketing initiatives.
