A unique opportunity has a risen for an influential and charismatic Internal Communications Leader to lead and execute the internal communications strategy in Hong Kong and the wider Asia Pacific Region for this impressive financial services firm.

In this role you will manage change and transformation communications and employee campaigns to drive behavioural change.

You will deliver relevant and engaging content for all employee channels, will amplify company-wide messages, campaigns for programmes to strengthen employee engagement.

Success will be achieved through your ability to influence and effectively communicate at all levels across the business and region.

You will partner closely with HR to develop and execute all communications related to the annual employee comms cycle (employee engagement survey and rewards cycle) in addition to employee branding activities.

With this in mind, applicants who have built a career within internal communications, have a proven success in writing professional copy, with the ability to produce compelling, optimized copy will excel in this role.  Exceptional communication skills, combined with a flair for attention to detail and grammar will put you in good stead for this position.
