Become part of this impressive professional services firm that is seeking the expertise of a Diversity and inclusion Advisor to support and enhance a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.

In your role as D&I Advisor you will assess the firm’s diversity and inclusion needs in HK and across the Asia region.  This will be achieved through conducting an assessment of the firm’s current diversity and inclusion practices, identify areas for improvement and develop a plan to address these needs.

As a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, you will create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. You will aim to develop and implement programmes and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, such as training and mentorship programs, employee resource groups, and diversity and inclusion councils.

This is a pivotal role in a growing firm.  You will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on diversity and inclusion issues and you will facilitate conversations on diversity and inclusion in the workplace, providing a safe space for employees to share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas.
