INCREASE SALES THROUGH STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
This well respected MNC insurance company is seeking a seasoned distribution executive, to lead a dynamic team within their regional head office.
Whilst you will not be responsible for the actual training, by collaborating with the RCAO, RCDO, local heads of Agency, partnerships and distribution leaders and working in partnership with local training heads and distribution L&D departments, you will design best-in-class training programmes and development of training capabilities, for the continued development of all distribution channel personnel and distribution executives.
Furthermore, you will design, develop, and drive strategic plans to produce group distribution training content and development, by harnessing technology, digital and analytics, to support evolving business needs and models. Moreover, you will also work to independently generate initiatives that improve sales performance.
You will be a seasoned distribution leader with demonstrated history of success in strategic planning and execution capabilities, with sound knowledge of insurance distribution channels and operations. You will have strong people and stakeholder management experience have a flair with working with executives and across boarders, cultures, and strong experience within the Asian markets. This is a challenging yet rewarding role which may require regional travel post pandemic constraints.
