A Pivotal HRBP opportunity has arisen for an impactful leader with strong man management experience and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Working for this impressive Fortune 500 company that has people at the forefront of their culture, this role requires you to Head up the HR function for the country.

As Country HR Manager in Indonesia you will effectively lead your team to define and implement functional goals for the company and you will collaborate with and present key recommendations to stakeholders and corporate senior executives.

Reporting into the Regional MD for HR and the company MD, you will work closely together to strategically implement HR initiatives and programmes that support and enhance the business direction and goals.

To succeed in this role, you will be an effective change agent with executive presence, have previous proven experience in implementing change management practices and will have strong industrial relations experience.

As a senior leader within an organisation that is going through significant transformation, this role requires resilience, a proactive mindset and someone who is at the forefront of HR innovation and technology. A strong business acumen, a fluency in both Bahasa and English combined with exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
