We are hiring on behalf of our growing multinational insurance client for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Vietnam, to manage a dynamic team and lead their finance and investment departments through expansion.

You will work closely with the Executive Committee to implement strategic plans approved by the Board of Directors and identify lucrative growth opportunities. Your extensive international experience will be crucial in managing relationships with shareholders, auditors, regulators, and tax authorities, ensuring compliance with local and global accounting standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 15 years experience, ideally within an MNC and have experience as a CFO in the life insurance industry, ideally in Vietnam. Your leadership skills and strategic mindset will be instrumental in guiding and motivating a team of professionals.
