This growing and dynamic insurance company is committed to managing change across its large complex business as it prepares itself for huge digital and operational improvement in Hong Kong and across the region.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Transformation, you will act as mentor to project teams and managers on Change Management aspects of projects – and, where needed, directly drive change activities & work streams.
You will have at least 10 years solid experience in large scale operational change projects, change, programme and/ or transformation change for international insurance companies or large retail financial services environments. Ideally you will have worked for a consulting firm or management consultancy with proven change management experience. You will be adept (and vocal) at influencing and managing stakeholders across various cultures as well as up/down stakeholders internally and external vendors. You will be fluent in English and ideally speak Cantonese fluently. This is a dynamic role which will expose you to a growing and expanding business in Asia.
