Due to the digitalisation and streamlining of regional front office processes and systems, this growing and dynamic insurance company is seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to design and oversee and manage the implementation of consecutive digital distribution related projects across the region.
You will lead projects including people, budgets and be responsible for high-level interaction with local LBUs and Group Head Office. By taking the strategic framework of the projects, you will ensure the depth of detail is solid, incorporating any additional requirements from RHO and GHO.
You will have at least 15 years’ experience in leading regional, large scale, multi-country projects, and have sound change, programme and/ or business transformation experience within the insurance distribution field. You will be adept at influencing and managing stakeholders across various cultures as well as up/down stakeholders internally and external vendors. You will be fluent in English. This is a dynamic role which will exposure you to a growing and expanding business in Asia.
