A Fantastic opportunity has been created for a Chief HR Officer to lead and define the people agenda across this growing real estate business in Singapore and Asia.
With a footprint that covers North and South East Asia and plans to continue its growth both organically and through M&A’s this organisation puts culture at the forefront of everything they do.
As Chief HR Officer (CHRO) you will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors. You will also be accountable for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization
A Chief task for this role will be to review and revise their performance management strategy and implement an effective succession plan framework for the organisation across the region.
Success will be defined in this role through your ability to develop and support leaders and people managers across the organisation to organise and deliver their priorities effectively through their teams – providing inspiration to advance leadership development processes.
It will be valuable for you to also design and cultivate learning and development strategies to help staff identify areas where skills and experience can be expanded and performance grows.
